Nic Ma (b. 2005, Hong Kong) is an artist working with photography. His practice examines how images are transformed through processes of repetition and translation, using existing images and historical archives as source material. Across systems, his work investigates how images lose, accumulate, or reorganise meaning within broader cultural and technological frameworks.
