馬諾維 Nic Ma's (b. 2005, Hong Kong) artistic practice stems from photography. This focal point investigates both the ontology of the photographic medium and the evolving cultural and political landscape of Hong Kong. Through acts of rephotography, projection and digital reconstruction, the work operates as a conceptual framework to examine how perception, memory and ideology intersect with Hong Kong’s photographic representation.
Ma is currently studying BA Photography at the University of Westminster, London. His work has been exhibited in group shows across the United Kingdom, including Royal Scottish Academy (Edinburgh, 2025), Milbank Tower (London, 2025) and London Gallery West (London, 2025)
